Luna Jewels is based in Malaysia and we aim to process your orders within 24 hours of business days (Mondays to Fridays). All local orders are shipped via NinjaVan and your tracking number will be sent to your email when it is shipped.

Failed Deliveries
You will receive an email which includes your order's tracking number, if the delivery is unsuccessful you may arrange for redelivery with the shipping company.
