What are the jewelries made of?
Our beautiful pieces usually feature cubic zirconia stones rather than precious gems and are made of 925 silver sterling, titanium, stainless steel, and gold or rhodium plated unless stated otherwise.

Are the jewelries hypoallergenic?
All items are nickel free, lead free, and hypoallergenic.
How is the packaging?
All items will be packaged in our premium gift box. You may check out our instagram @luna.jewelsco and refer our packaging reels for visual details.
Orders
What are the available payment methods?
You may make payment via Billplz or Stripe.
Via Billplz you may pay by FPX Malaysian Internet Banking and eWallet.
Via Stripe you may pay by credit card (AMEX, Visa, Mastercard or ApplePay).
Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation is allowed after an order has been placed.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my item?
Return will only be eligible if the item you receive is defective or wrong item. We will accept returns within 7 days from receiving date.

Do I have to pay for the shipping fees of return orders?
The shipping of return or exchange for defective items will be covered by us, email us and we will process and assist you.
